The official website states that they are “working hard to re-energize” the app, and provides links to download it, but little has happened since Radionomy purchased Nullsoft. Is Winamp Still Supported? As of right now, the app is officially supported, however there have been no updates since 2014. In fact, Radionomy no longer exists and has been rebranded as Shoutcast. In October 2018, Radionomy CEO Alexandre Saboundjian promised that a new version of the program – Winamp 6 – was coming in 2019, but as of writing, no such version has materialized.
On November 20, 2013, AOL announced that on December 20, 2013, it would shut down, and the software would no longer be available for download, nor supported by the company after that date.
